I forgot one thing. I must be tired. My Dr. would also inject a long lasting pain killer into the trigger points,xzylocain I think. She did this two times about a month apart. I`m not sure this helped but it was part of the treatment.
If your Dr. looks at you with a stupid stare find another one it took me 4 years to find her i`m one lucky man.
