If those 2 together don't convert a Doc, then it's time to get a new Doc-
immediately !!!!!!
BTW-
for you folks who are "newbies" to using the 'net to help with this -
just do a little searching/surfing,
you will be AMAZED what is out there for help & info..
there are MANY MANY doctors & clinics with sites up addressing CH-
( if you use a combination of booleans, etc you will get literally 1000s of pages with CH related content - all the big search engines have good "HELP" sections on how to use 'em - go for it !)
THIS incredible site (thanks again DJ) is a terrific home base, and undoubdtedly the single biggest resource available - and we all need to support it & keep in touch,
but PLEASE-
DON'T spend your precious energy/time complaining about lack of info until you spend some time digging around the web - there is LOTS of good stuff out there
then, print out the good, "legit" stuff, make up booklets of it & shove it down your MD & Insur Co's throats if you have to

this is changing fast folks - keep pushing & take advantage, but GO PREPARED - do your homework - - and start easing your pain !!!!!!!!!!
