My experience;
The pain begins behind the eye,
and feels like a curved drill bit,
working its way through your tissues
trying to find an imaginary core.
Projectile vomiting usually follows.
Then the drill becomes a hammer drill
and begins stabbing the curved drill-bit
deeper into the head, by now the pain has
usually spread to the teeth, jaw and neck.
vomiting continues. In severe attacks urinary
and faecal incontinence can occur and fainting
is a real threat to the airway when combined
with the vomiting.
