My first advice is to find a specialist in headaches. What any of us may think may not be your problem. I have been diagnosed and treated for many years CH. I will tell you that they are strange and can be very different from one person to the next. I can't say about your situation, but your symptoms are mine (as well as others) in reverse. Too little is known about CH. My doctor has even told me that he beleives many neurologists have a hard time diagnosing CH reliably. If you need help I will see if my doctor can give me the name of a good neuro in your area. I really hope you don't have CH and I am sure that you arlready have read the neck comments below.
