i take tylox for pain also. I seems tylox is the narc of choice for the military. It is without a doubt the best narc I have ever taken for pain. That includes: demoral, dilaudid, percocet and vicadin. problem is that its extreamely addictive. The best thing I like about it is youll never have another hangover
