announcement is a "talking head" type deal? If
so, do you see the person talking on the screen?
Or just hear the voice? I also assume it doesn't
involve any dramatizations or graphic stuff?
If all those assumptions are correct, one possibility
is having a person simply state a series of questions.
Something like this:
"Have you ever awoken in the middle of the
night with the most horrible head pain imaginable?
It disappears, then comes back in another 2 hours?
And even maybe repeats a third time in the same night?
...or during the day? Is the pain so excruciating that you can't sit
still? Is it a boring, intense pain? Do the headaches come in this manner for
weeks, even months, disappear for years, then
reamerge in the same pattern? Have these headaches
caused you to think about taking your life? If
so, you may have cluster headaches. Contact a
local headache specialist or neurologist to get
appropriate tests and help."
Anyhow, the above is totally off the top of my head
(so to speak).
