This law only applies to medium to large companys. Small co's 50 employees or less are exempt from the law, like the company that just fired me after 9 years, my O2 & imitrex raised my premium over 300.00 mo above anyone else, now Im on the street looking for something, but when they get word of the medical expenses I am afraid iI will be out the door again.
