I am having a cluster adventure these days, haven't been on and adventure for 2-1/2 years. They are more frequent now. Sometimes 6 in one night, leaving me totally exhausted the next day. I have 02 at home and do realize that when I breath deeply through my nose to inhale the 02, the cluster leaves more quickly. I also pack my head in ice and take (2) fiornal w/codeine.
