Here's my scale.
1. Functioning.
5. Start of the pain. Watering eyes, teeth starting to hurt, ice pick in my eye, hyperventilating, nose on fire, side of my head(usually right) aching bad.
10. sucicide thoughts, screaming, head banging, pacing or rocking in the chair. Back and forth, back and forth.
Guess I skip all the in between numbers.
