I am about 8 wks into this cluster,now. My right eye is always effected. I develop Trigeminal Nueralgia on the rt.side only when I get a bad bout. Last week for 2 days the CH difinately switched sides. The Rt.was only a slight "shadow", while the left was full force.
The Dr did tell me 10 years ago that I had both cluster and Migraines, but I know the difference.
I usually want to lie down with a tension and/or migraine. With a Cluster, I have the need to get up and move, pacing in the fog because I can't see or hold my balance well.
