Rob,
I seldom have "normal" headaches, they are always one sided and the typical "burn" of CH. While the HA might be the in the 1 or 2 range, it's almost never the dull ache in the back of the head. As far a stress goes, I've never been able to make a connection. I've had some of the best days after high stress and some of the worst on vacation. Even did the CH march on the deck of one of the best live-aboard dive boats in the Carribean. It would be so sweet if we could tie the beast to a common denominator but I'm at a loss.
