I just wanted you to know that I have felt the same way you are feeling. I am in the midst of a ch bout that has lasted about 8 weeks. I get a tease every now and them with a nights sleep. I believe, or at least I pray that mine are tailing off. I'm not having the headbangers as often this past week. I hope that you get some relief. I don't know you personally, in fact I am fairly new to the board, but it has been a lifesaver to me.
