on the preventative or abortive issue - my response is nothing works - only in that I have not tried everything you listed - so for me it should be "nothing that I have tried so far has worked" but due to medical practitioners who failed to prescribe Imigran (imitrex) or O2 - I will try this next time round if or when needed.
