I have had, and am now in my "season" of cluster headaches, for 31 years (now 52). I have never had your symptoms and thought all migraines occur on only one side of the head at a time. Mine is always on the left side (temple mostly, and left eye). I don't have any flushing . . . just lots of pain. I take imitrex shots and they go away in about 5 minutes. But I try to limit my shots because they cost me $9 a pop, and they rebound on me in 12 to 24 hours usually.
