yes exercise does help me also, with about the same rate of success.this next part my seem wierd and according to my wife it looks pretty funny,but it does help me.in between your different exercises put your head in the freezer and breath in the cold air, i find the cold air make the success rate go up sometimes, and sometimes is good enough for me.
