before you give up. listen closely.i too was at wits end. i found a website Truthinlabeling.org. i knew i had reactions to msg and avoided this item in my diet. still horrible migraines. then discovered that msg is hidden under bogus names by the food industry so sales won't suffer. the list of names it is hidden under is horrifying. the studies that link this neurotoxin to migraines and many other mental problems is also frightening. worst yet the FDA has now approved it to be sprayed on our crops and produce as a growth enhancer!! since i have obtained the list of names it hides under i have been successful at eliminating these foods (which are numerous) and my migraines are practically non- existent. also see nomsg webpage. they are on to the coverup as well and have a list of studies for you to see. also msg and sulfites are being used in vaccines, which stimulates an immune response to these substances. spread the word and good luck.
