Sorry, I don't know about the Verapamil but I do know O2. Sometimes an O2 hit can give you a boost and you don't have to have the side of your head trying to go into orbit to use it. Just follow the script, 8 to 10 LPM for 20 minutes. O2 can be dangerous if overdode. See Doc Greg's post on 4/21/99 for O2 info.
