I'm taking Paxil (400mg/day) in combination with Lithobid (900 mg/day), sansert, and periactin. Since beginning the regimine, I've had chronic ch morph into episodic - I do get headache free days, or sometimes months, in between bouts. Dr. is recommending increase in lithobid to see if we can lengthen the quiet timeswith the goal of stopping the bloody things. I'll let you know how it goes. I have found no side effects with Paxil (other than slight weight gain at beginning of treatment).
