I would hope you would feel comfortable emailing me that kind of question directly.
Verapamil's half life is less than 12 hours (meaning the time it takes the body to eliminate half of the drug). It will be basically completely gone from your body in 2-3 days. If your not feeling better within a week, it is most likely something else causing your fatigue.
