My husband is an absolute pain in the a** about the water treatment but, hey - it's given us back our life. He started the treatment at the peak of his cycle last fall and within two days, the cycle was broken from 8 a day down to 1 or 2 a days and then after about a week, gone completetly. For some people, it seems they find relief within the first few days so don't give up! It's helping a lot of people here and it's so easy. Keep giving it a chance. Mike says "Drink till you pee. Then drink some more." I think he's even saying it in his sleep now!
