I started on 120 a day for about a week so the doc could see if there were any problems. Seeing none, I bumped up to 240 a day. After about two weeks, the frequency, duration, and intensity of the CHes started to tail off. Two more weeks and the beasts were almost completely gone. After another 2-3 weeks at 240 a day, I started to taper down. I am now off it and, the best part, CH-free (for now anyway). Hang in there. It may take time before you see the benefits.
