I agree with you. I am a 44 yo male. I easily tolerate 480mg of verapamil prompt release per day. I am also taking Sansert tid. I have been experiencing breakthrough clusters on this regimen. Has anyone used this combination successfully. Do the vasoconstrictive properties of the Sansert antagonize the dilatory effects of the verapamil? Thank you.
