What could be happening-particularly with Codeine is that what you're stuck in is a rebound. I agree, you TOTALLY need to get onto a suitable preventative drug of choice asap. Apart from constipation etc. long term pain killer use can really cause problems. A dull nagging all day pain sounds like a rebounder to me. Ask your Dr. SOON.
