You asked how one deal`s with the shadow`s.
For me I do not sit around waiting for the full blown CH. I dont have time and I enjoy life to much. I`m a chronic CHer of 25 year`s. In the past 9 moth`s I have had 14 day`s of the full blown monster and 11 day`s with No CH an No shadow`s. I live in the shadow world. I have adjusted to living in it. I will not let it keep me down from doing what I want to do. Life is just to short for me to sit an wait.
See the lil devil is tricky this way it`s what it want`s you to do, well I brake all the rule`s when it come`s to it. I do the oppasite of what it think`s I should be doing.
For me the shadow world is not that bad. Like I said I have had 25 year`s to adjust to it.
