Don't give up on the water. I had a big CH the first day of water therapy . . . I tried to drown myself in water, and was disappointed when I got the CH. But now I'm on my fourth day of water therapy and haven't had a CH since Friday afternoon. That's a good stretch for me. So keep drinking the water, and by day two or three, I bet you will be doing "swimmingly".
