I have had CH for 31 years, and was finding relief only with Imitrex and Prednisone. For the last 4 days I have been drinking the 8oz of water each half hour, taking 2 feverfew pills (herbal) with each meal, and staying away from dairy products, eggs, MSG, and caffeine. After the first day, I haven't had anything but a shadow ache. Try the above for yourself, and I bet you get good results by day two or three.
