Don't know about a doc in that area, but you be darn careful mixing cafagot and Imitrex. They're not made to take together.
Also if you take large amounts of cafagot you could be experiencing "rebound" headaches. That stuff will give 'em to you. I know - Cafagot is about the only thing that works for me, but have to get off it if I've taken too much.
