I never use the word headache to describe CH to others then clusterheads. I have "Horton's Syndrome". (Horton is the guy who discovered that O2 works for CH, somewhere in the thirties).
I also carry a document with me all the time to show people during an attack when they are bothering me, stating that I am a Horton's syndrome patient, I'm not drunk, on drugs or lifethreathening ill. I DO have extreme pain, they will disappear in max XXX minutes/hours, just leave me alone. Also tel # from home, office and doc are on that document. Works. Did that since a policeofficer tried to pull me out of my parked car during an attack, he thought I was drunk........
