I just thought I would let you know after trying about all the meds.and trigger point injections over the years without the results I wanted I stopped all meds and tried Biofeedback. I haven`t cured the monster but I have been able to abort the CH in just a few minutes. When they come I put my headset on plug in the tape and concentrate. I feel alot better now i`m off the meds even have a sex life again, somthing the meds did away with. If anyone has a question on trying this just drop me a note.
