you and Linda have me real concerned. after 4 days your HAs should have been reduced if the water were working for you. now i'm wondering if we should be promoting water ... having it not work is one thing ... but i don't want to increase CH pain (as has happened for you and Linda).
i'm so sorry that it seems to have made your pain worse. i'd say stop drinking it right away. what a bummer this is.
just out of curiousity, were you using tap water (i do)? and did you drink water before this? (i didn't - it would've been strange for me to have had 1 glass a day previously).
