It took awhile for the Indocin to kick in at the beginning, but I have been taking it everyday without stomach problems except I have to eat smaller meals. I can really tell when it is time for the next dose as pressure builds up behind my eye. I have discontinued the Neurontin, which I was also taking, and don't miss it. Good luck!
