although I myself don't have CH, I do suffer
frequently from migraine attacks. I found that as
a pain antagonist and as a 'relaxation' help a drug in
Germany that is about twice as potent as Tramadol, and
(at least with me) has less side effects. The main
brand name is Valoron, the main substance is called Tilidin.
The drawback is that the drug wears off after 2 hours,
but from what I know about CH this might even be a benefit...
