The trick is prophylaxis. Right now I am taking 480mg of verapamil, 4 mg Sansert and 40mg prednisone every day. I use oxygen and ergotamine sublingual for "break through" headaches. I used to get these at work--but not any more. Pharmacologicalimatologicalrelief!
