Ice Pick Headaches - Are they considered clusters?

Hi,

I have been suffering from what feels like an ICE PICK going through the side of my head near my eye. These headaches come on with no warning and last from 20-30 seconds (nothing like what you have all been going through.) I get them at random times and sometimes go weeks without an occurance. I have been doing some research on the net about it because my primary care doctor does not have a clue. Does anyone experience these types of headaches and/or recomend a doctor in the Boston, MA area?
