I did just what DJ suggested. Take a few pages from here, and jim also posted a few more testimonials at MGH. Also maybe the printouts on both drugs. I believe Diflucan has been tested against thrush. Tell him you've got a case of deep thrush.

Also take the write-up on Lamisil. Lamisil claims less side effects. My doc managed to scrounge up seven sample tabs which I believe fixed it even though he prescribed four diflucan tabs after. I think it was gone after the lamisil. Watch the diet. knocking it down is one thing. Healing the gut and re-establishing healthy flora is just as important.

Men can intimidate better than women. I managed to get what I wanted usually by acting like a bear with a sore ass. Not to difficlut for me actually. Take your husband with you. Maybe he have compassion for him, or at the least be more intimidated.

As for the pain, I've had a toe crushed off and been in a cylcle wreck that gave me a set of privates the size of a medium cantalope and this hurts worse. My wife says I laugh when I do those little things that make most people howl.
Clusters put other pain in perspective.

Good Luck
