I'm not trying to steal Harley's thunder here, but I can tell you about the Imitrex auto injector real quick.
It comes in a handy-dandy kit with a injector 'pin' and a couple of vials with the most wonderful liquid known to cluster sufferers. When you feel a h/a coming on, you put a vial in the 'pin', put it on your arm (or leg) and just push the button. That's it. In 5-10 minutes, the h/a is gone! (for me anyway).
A word of caution about Imitrex's side effects though. I've posted the link straight to the RxList's page on Imitrex so you can see all of the precautions.
