What happens is that they do send you one(1) coupon for a single dose of the spray, but no, and I repeat no pharmacy will fill it until you spend the $$$$$ for an office visit to your Doctor and get a prescription. What a crock! Spend 50-60 dollars to save 5 or 6 dollars. Linda
