To Geoff, I say Screw them! You are HIV+ and have CH, That makes you that much more of a better person.
Here you are telling us something that is personal
and very private. I admire and respect that. You don't even need to give me statistics of who has it. I don't care! You are part of our family, The CH family. We are here for you.

Let's also remember that this AIDS thing was brought on by Rodney and I think that we should not be angry with him. We should of learned something from him. I learned that if OUCH is to succeed it is going to have to deal with people like this. I'm only 28 but I remember a lot of things and one of them is the early 80's. Remember, when AIDS first hit. The rumors and the talk that your gay if you have it. You can't kiss some one. Kids missing school cause they had it. Peole thought it was Gods way of weeding out the bad. Well here we are 15 years later and look at what the AIDS foundation has done. We should be learning from them. It is exactly the people like Rodney that are politicians, bosses, supervisors and so on.
What we should of done is try to help him understand and not lock him out which is what they did with HIV + people in the past. We as a society have come too far. I for one donate to almost every cause, not a lot , but I donate. It doesn't matter whether I understand or not and if I have a problem understanding help me don't lock me out of a BB. That is not helping what OUCH is trying to achieve. What is going to happen when the first commercial airs? Lock out all the people out that act like Rodney or be persisitent like the first AIDS victims? It was their persistance that got this world to understand this terrible disease. Now they have the goverment and regular people like you and me donating millions for research. You guys follow me so far? I can go on and on but I think you got the message.
