Hi Claudette,
I started of with 3 x 80mg/day, kicked in after 4 days, worked for two weeks, then the attacks broke through. Raised the dose to 2 x 240mg/day slow release version and they where gone after a few days. I'm 1.93M/85kg and besides CH healthy.
