Just had the same problem with my Neuro. He will not prescribe an antifungal for a headache.
He needs to see the results of a "blind clinical study" before he will do such a thing. Does
anyone know if such a study exists? Is there a Neuro out there with enough sand to do one?
Preferably in the next couple of days.
