Yes, it WAS the best beer I ever tasted! Was sleepy afterworths, not used to it anymore.
I was on Verapamil for about three months. When the attacks did not broke through the verapamil barier anymore I still had "shadows", so everything except the pain or very mild pain. When the shadows also stayed away, I decided to stop medication, then hesitated, decided to stop, etc. etc., Make Your Mind Up! kinda thing. So affraid that the pain could come back I had a hard time deciding.
So in answer to your question, I did'nt know when to stop, more a gut feeling and to be ready for it.
