When I started my last cycle last Feb., my neuro put me on Imitrex injections along with Amerge as a "preventative". It didn't work for me at all. The CHs came at all times of the day and night. The Imitrex injections worked great, buy he thought that the Amerge would work as a preventative. I quit the Amerge and went on lithium. No more headaches and no more need for the Imitrex. I just recently went off the lithium and haven't had a CH in 2 weeks.
