More power to ya, Mike....but Egads, the last thing I would want during a C.H. is sex. I can't even stand to touch my head when applying an ice pack, much less anything else. I do believe that this has something to do with the exersize thing though. Getting the heavy breathing going (no Pun intended) and increased heart rate. I just can't imagine the sex thing, but good luck if you can. Linda
