OK, my name is Bob Kipple but most call me Kip. I'm pushing 60 and have been with the beast for over 50 of those. The beast didn't really get angry 'til my late teens, went chronic in my early 40's and back to episodic sometime in my 50's. I have been using O2 with mostly good results since the chronic stuff started and (personal thing), try to avoid the meds.
That said, I'd like to say this:

Mom, we are an open forum and I'd never change that. We're gonna get some hate stuff because we are open but we need to show restraint and ignore it. Ignore it. DAMMIT, ignore it.

Jenny K, have you tried O2, good stuff.
And one final note, I propose a new term, Rodneying, for the occasional negatative posts to our board we could reply "Stop Rodneying" and let the poster try to figure it out.
