What is the population of the planet?
Of that total what % have computers with internet access?
Of that total what % of the population are correctly diagnosed as having clusters?
The sampling from the survey starts getting down into the .000x%.
If you compare the survey to the Where we live list, you might come to the conclusion that clusters are predominantly from the Western Hemisphere, and follow racial lines ( if where we live follow the racial make up for the countries listed.
My point is while the survey shows some very intersting items the sampling is to small to even show any trends
