Can you get the allergy medicine Sudaphed in the U.K. ? Ephedrine is the drug in this medicine. Many cold tablets or allergy meds have ephedrine or psuedo-ephedrine in them. It is a stimulant and broncial-dilator (helps the lungs work) I believe. I've tried Benadryl anti-histamine (diphenhydramine) for my Cluster bouts. It does the opposite, in that it generally makes one drowsy. It seemed to help for a few days and then really bad attacks would break through (like most every drug I've tried). Best of luck, Rich
