Yeah, lately the shadows have been a precursor, but not always. Right now I seem to be in a 3 day cycle, shadows of 1 to 3 on the scale occasionly and the on 3rd day, POW. Missed work Tuesday so tomorrow night should be another night of the beast. I do hope your shadows are just a reminder that IT is still there and not a sign that IT is awakening. Good luck.
