Lydia, Many times before the big one hits I get a bunch of little ones. This is one of the ways I know how bad it will be. The more I get and the faster they come on the worse the big one is and the longer it lasts. I liken it to a earthquake, a bunch of small ones hit and then WHAM the bit one. Hope this helps.
