this is what i do
print the letter off the front of this site take it to work and photocopy it when someone asks you
what they are like let them read it. this usually does the trick.here is something i have not tried yet but might work. there is a bump of sorts on the top center of eye under the eyebrow get the person to press real hard on it for as long as they can then tell them to multiply the pain by a whole lot and think of it lasting up to two hours or more this might give some understanding for those who want to know.
