How about setting the t-shirt to words/pics. Start with the normal pic, work up to the 10 pic, just use the words "Get the Picture" or as Drummer suggested, "Seeking Understanding". Or how about plagerizing (sp?) from the drugs commercials...This is your normal headache, this is a migraine, THIS is a cluster, using the varying pics on the t-shirt.
Just a thought....
